AccuView Refund Policy

Refund Policy – 7 Day Money Back Guarantee.

By subscribing to AccuView, you acknowledge and accept this written Refund Policy, also acknowledging and accepting AccuView’s Terms of Service. Your subscription Service may be canceled at any time by contacting and advising us in writing via email to cancel your subscription. Your subscription will cancel, and you will not be charged again. You will continue to enjoy your subscription through the end of your current paid subscription period. During your first 7 days of service, as a first-time subscriber, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, subject to the terms of this agreement, and upon request details provided herein, we can provide you with a full refund for the cost of your subscription. The 7-Day Money Back Guarantee applies only to new subscribers only during first 30 days. Services that have completed first 30 days are not eligible for refund. A new subscriber is determined by both the registered client information and IP address user log details, thus if there is a record of AccuView having been accessed in the past by either the same company or person, or on the same IP address, then you will not be eligible for refund under AccuView's Money Back Guarantee.

To claim a refund under this AccuViewTV 7-Day Money Back Guarantee, you must submit a written request within first 7 days of the original purchase date stating your wish to cancel and why the Subsription was not to your satisfaction.

  • 1. Once we receive your request, we will respond to your email to notify you that we have received your request.
  • 2. Refund request will be processed within 48 hours. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
  • 3. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-2 business days.

If AccuView offers products and services that are provided by third parties, those products and/or services will be subject to the policies of the third-party provider regardless of whether those products and/or services appear to be provided by us.
